Maintenance Services
Astberrys have their own in house maintenance team. Their services are on offer to blocks we manage and to individual landlords whose property we manage.
- Local service with a short response time. We aim to compete all minor maintenance work lasting up to 3 hours within the same day of the call out.
- Reasonable charges
The above apply to call outs up to £250 plus VAT and include minor materials. Over £250 plus VAT we will quote for the work
- Between lettings “refresh” service
- Complete refurbishment service
- In house qualified electrician, plumber, carpenter, decorator
- Links to specialists for roofing, lead work, cast iron, satellite and aerials, entry phone and fire alarm systems
